Does Steam Pumped provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Yes, you bet we do! If you don't like a product or find any damages to the product contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure our customers get the best shopping experience. We recommend going through the returns section of our FAQ.

How do I order on your website?

Ordering with us is a breeze! Simply find the product you'd like to have and click the 'Buy it Now' button. Head to check out and fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I check my order status?

Simple! You can head over to our 'Tracking' page and fill in your tracking number given to you in your shipping confirmation email. Your order status may take up to 3 business days to update.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

When will my order be processed and delivered?

After ordering some of our delicious luxury goods ;) we process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.

Shipping will take 7-14 business days depending on your location. For some countries, it might take up to an additional 10 business days for delivery.

There may be delays during holidays and sale seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have worldwide shipping to ensure that every customer has an enjoyable experience with us.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country so sadly we can't help you with this matter. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

Do you offer a refund or return if I am unhappy with a product?

Yes! At Steam Pumped, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. We want YOU to be HAPPY with your purchase.

How do I return an item?

If you aren't happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, just contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number, receipt, as well as the reason for your return.

All returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition we may not fulfill the refund or exchange.

Only items purchased directly from Steam Pumped will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Our customer support team will review your return request and will send further instructions to you if the return is approved.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through other authorized retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Steam Pumped reserves the right to deny any return.

Products that have been personalized, stained or have broken seals and foiling will not be accepted.

Will I get a full refund?

For returns, a full refund will be credited for defective items. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

What if the product I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

If the item you received is incorrect, missing, or defective, simply contact us as soon as possible to start the return process.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photos of the faulty product (if required)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact mobile number

We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. You may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will contact you via email to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited through your original form of payment.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received the credit for your return yet, you should contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is sent to your account.
